Quality Care Resource & Referral Services, Inc.
Our mission is to provide the necessary supports and services that facilitate the positive growth and development of children and families.
Quality Care Resource & Referral Services, Inc. (QCR&R) serves families and child care providers within the Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties of New Jersey through a variety of subsidy, referral, support and educational programs.
More than 5,500 children and 600 child care providers benefit from Quality Care programs designed to help parents identify and secure appropriate childcare from qualified providers in their area.
Funded through the State of New Jersey Division of Family Development QCR&R provides voucher support to parents and caregivers and oversees the registration and approval of child care providers while maintaining a diverse calendar of educational offerings.
Through its many initiatives, QCR&R staff members promote the positive educational, social and emotional growth of children through the support of their families and those entrusted with their daily care.

Announcements
E-Child Care Tentative implementation date is now January 1, 2012. If parents have not received their cards they should contact Quality Care in reference to their case. Also, parents are to contact Quality Care to set up designee for additional cards.
Parents can call 1-800-997-3333 for any issues with their card or PIN.
Beginning December 28, 2012, any crib provided by child care facilities and family child care homes must meet new and improved federal safety standards. The new standards take effect for manufactures, retailer, importers and distributors on June 28, 2011, addressing deadly hazards previously seen with traditional drop-side rails, requiring more durable hardware and parts and mandating more rigorous testing.

The offices of Quality Care Resource & Referral Services, Inc. will be closed 12/23/11, 12/26/11, and 1/2/12.
Due to E-Child Care the Coroprate office will be open: 12/27/11, 12/28/11, and 12/29/11 from 8:30am -4:30pm and 12/30/11 from 8:30am -1:00pm.
