Welcome to Quality Care Resource & Referral Services, Inc. (QCR&R).  QCR&R is a 501 c(3) non-profit, providing a full range of child care resource and referral services for Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.  QCR&R's Child Care Resource and Referral program, formerly under the administration of Tri-County Community Action Partnership, has been providing child care services in the community for nearly 20 years.  Please contact your local office for additional information on our programs and available services.
