DOE Wrap Program (formerly Abbott Wrap-Around)
This Program provides funding for wrap around care for children in the DOE Wrap Program. If eligible, child care for the 2 hours before and the 2 hours after the formal preschool education day and full day during summer is fully funded.

A 3 or 4 year old child living in a DOE Wrap school district must register at the board of education in their school district then register at a DOE Wrap center.
